Celebra el Año Nuevo Chino: Año de la Rata de metal

El hermoso colorido, tradiciones, danza del dragón y el león chino volverán al Barrio Chino, en el Centro Histórico, para celebrar el Año Nuevo Chino 2020, el año Rata de metal. Las festividades se realizan de acuerdo al calendario lunar chino, por ello es que la fecha varía cada año.

En este 2020 un nuevo ciclo de 60 años reinicia. El Año Nuevo Chino se celebra del 23 al 26 de enero de 2020 (año Chino, 4718).Habrá exhibición de tambores chinos, gastronomía especial, artículos orientales y un ambiente que refleja las costumbres y cultura china.

Horarios

Podrás  disfrutar de estos días de celebración a partir de las 11:30 horas mientras que, para presenciar la danza del León y del Dragón chino, el horario general será después de las 16:00 horas.

De acuerdo con la tradición, esta danza atrae abundancia, prosperidad y felicidad hacia los espectadores. Si llegas a ver un  león chino, tendrás abundancia. Por eso no hay un itinerario fijo, “ya que la suerte debe llegar por sí sola y no buscarla”.

Recomendaciones generales

Para tener una visita más grata y segura, se sugiere llegar al barrio Chino con hora y media o dos de anticipación, debido a la cantidad de personas que acuden al lugar y tener paciencia debido a la gran cantidad de gente que se reúne en estas celebraciones.

El evento es gratuito abierto al público, lo que tiene costo es lo que consumas dentro de los locales y/o tiendas.

Cuidar las cosas de valor: bolsas, mochilas y carteras ajustarlas en la parte delantera.

Cuerda de seguridad para los pequeños, si vas con la familia al evento, para evitar que se suelten de la mano.

No tirar basura en las calles, para mantener el aspecto del lugar y si alguien está grafiteando o maltratando el mobiliario urbano, repórtalo con las autoridades correspondientes.
