Ven a disfrutar de aromático café y deliciosos chocolates: Café y chocolate Fest: 10ª. edición

El aroma del café y el cacao tendrán su festival en el magnífico Palacio de la Autonomía: Café y chocolate Fest: 10ª. edición  te espera para disfrutar de un día lleno de dulzura y gratos momentos.

Al festival llegarán  50 expositores y toda clase de productos para que los visitantes puedan disfrutar y aprender a conocer el origen, beneficios, propiedades y elaboración del café y el cacao, a través de amenos talleres, charlas, teatro y actividades culturales ofrecidos por pequeños productores hasta grandes distribuidores.

De esta manera se busca impulsar el desarrollo económico de artesanos nacionales e internacionales rodeados de un ambiente agradable y seguro para los visitantes.

Talleres: historias, sabores y creaciones

El sábado 7 y domingo 8 habrá talleres gratuitos, con cupo limitado.

De 13:00 a 14:00 hrs habrá una charla: “Cacao y chocolate entre los antiguos mexicanos”, impartido por el Maestro Ignacio de la Garza

De 15:00 a 16:00 hrs. Taller práctico: “Elaboración de helado artesanal, recorriendo los sabores de México”. Después de la charla, elaboras tu propio helado artesanal.

De 17:00 a 18:00 hrs. Taller práctico: “De la manteca del cacao al Xocolatl”, donde aprenderás la historia de las bebidas prehispánicas y la elaboración del Xocolatl. Imparte Germánico Álvarez, Maestro artesano chocolatero.

 Ven y disfruta talleres de elaboración de helado de cacao y café; aprenderás sobre la conservación y otros aspectos y podrás disfrutar de obras de teatro donde el cacao es parte de esa historia prehispánica que es interesante conocer.

Sábado 7 y domingo 8 de diciembre, entrada gratuita, público en general.
