De acuerdo al Índice de Calidad del aire, la Ciudad reporta mala calidad del aire ante lo cual debemos tomar las medidas adecuadas.

Color anaranjado en el Índice de Calidad del aire, significa que la calidad del aire es mala, por lo tanto el riesgo a la salud es alto, principalmente para grupos susceptibles. Así es como se reportó la calidad del aire en la Ciudad de México este lunes 13 de mayo.

Las recomendaciones para la calidad mala del aire es que niños, adultos mayores, personas con enfermedades respiratorias y cardiovasculares, así como personas que realizan actividad física al aire libre deben limitar la exposición al menos en un horario de 13:00 a 19:00 horas.

Es muy importante mantenernos informados para tomar las medidas necesarias y así evitar los daños a la salud que nos pueden provocar las partículas que están suspendidas en el ambiente y que muchas veces contienen compuestos tóxicos que pueden provocar cáncer o reducir la esperanza de vida de las personas.
