Desfile de flores, gastronomía y tradición en Xochimilco

Cada año se realiza la “Feria de la Flor más Bella del Ejido” en la alcaldía Xochimilco. En esta ocasión el festejo será del 7 al 14 de abril en la explanada del Centro Histórico y el Centro Deportivo Xochimilco. Como invitado especial asiste el país del sol naciente, Japón.

Podrás encontrar artesanías, gastronomía, exposiciones, la expo del ganado, juegos mecánicos, dulces típicos tradicionales, el concurso de La Flor más Bella del Ejido, bailes, comida típica de Japón, entre muchas más actividades.

Colores, sabores y el olor de la comida típica, son muestra del folklore que existe en Xochimilco, en cada lugar encontrarás tradición, costumbres que te llevaran a sentirte parte de ellas y el cual gozarás de la atención brindada por los artesanos y productores que te llevan a recorrer un panorama cercano a la naturaleza.

Las riquezas de casi toda nuestra República Mexicana se ven reflejadas en esta feria: artesanos que vienen desde Chiapas, Hidalgo, Estado de México, Oaxaca representando a su Estado y a su gente, junto con su artesanía.

Se puede observar la inclusión con la actuación especial de los adultos mayores que engalanan dicho evento con sus experiencias de vida y el gusto por representar a cada flor que viene de diferentes lugares y el cual embellece esta feria.

Como por ejemplo hubo un concurso de la tercera edad que representaba a cada flor, tuvimos el gusto de platicar con la “Flor de Clavel”  que nos mencionaba acerca de lo emocionada que se encontraba por participar en este evento y que a las personas de la tercera edad sean tomadas en cuenta.

Entre otros eventos que la alcaldía de Xochimilco ofrecerá para este viernes 12 de abril,  está  el concurso de “La Canoa Alegórica”, que iniciará su recorrido  en el Embarcadero  Nuevo Nativitas a las 10 horas. Una competencia llena de colores que adornan cada canoa si bien, los embarcaderos representan una de las atracciones turísticas más importantes del lugar.

También se realizará la ceremonia de elección y coronación de  “La Flor más Bella del Ejido 2019”, donde alrededor de 50 jóvenes inscritas se le otorgará el reconocimiento por enaltecer la belleza mexicana.

Para este fin de semana ¡sal y disfruta de los últimos días de esta festividad tradicional de México!
