Ejercitando diversas partes de tu cuerpo logras pérdida de grasa, aumento de la masa muscular, resistencia, además es divertido desde aprender a realizar cada ejercicio hasta sentirse satisfecho con los resultados que a diferencia de muchas otras disciplinas o de ir al “Gym”, los resultados pueden verse desde las 2 semanas.
