El vino, queso y sus fiestas.

Para algunos no es más que un líquido rojo, sedoso y brillante que brota una vez al año de un racimo de uvas. Para otros el vino es un milagro, una parte esencial de la cultura mundial. Diana Sandoval nos cuenta que ella bebe vino porque “en cada una de las botellas se encierra el misterio de una tierra y unas uvas únicas; una luz, aromas, flora y fauna inimitables; una tradición e historia irrepetibles”.

De acuerdo con los historiadores esta bebida es un eslabón que conecta con los fenicios, griegos y romanos. Con los monasterios cistercienses, con el sofisticado Medoc alavés del XIX. Siglos de una viticultura natural anterior a los tractores, herbicidas, pesticidas y fertilizantes. A las modas. Y al marketing.

En la realidad un buen vino está hecho de oficios y herramientas que hoy parecen anticuados, pero siguen vigentes: el vino debe ser alimento, salud, magia y placer. Este año en México se celebra la tercera edición del Festival del mezcal, queso y vino en Tepotzotlán 2019. Será en el jardín del hotel boutique Mansión de TepotzotlFestival del án.

Del 30 al 31 de marzo habrá catas, talleres y pláticas para degustar distintos vinos, mezcales, quesos, chocolates y cervezas producidos de forma artesanal por alrededor de 50 expositores todos mexicanos. Podrás acompañar la degustación con quesos, choripanes, cortes de carne, comida italiana, comida mexicana y antojitos típicos de Tepotzotlán, como barbacoa y mixiotes.

Asimismo, encontrarás shows performance, dj sets, grupos de música en vivo y zona de picnic, también un pequeño pabellón de artesanos de la zona. El evento se realizará de 12:00 a 20:00 y tendrá un costo de $130 en preventa y $150 el día del evento, menores de 10 años entran gratis.
